During gameplay, the only way to alter a sim is to use a mirror, which will only allow you to change a limited number of features. When you first create a sim, you have an array of options for hair, skin, eye, clothing, and more. The Sims 4 full edit mode CAS is for editing your sim outside of what the game usually allows you to do. You can close the dialogue box by pressing all four triggers or enter your cheat.Type in “TestingCheats True” and press enter. Press all four triggers on your controller.
